Rest is essential. With constant access to pretty much everything if we rest, sleep or take a day off we will miss something. Something will happen at an awards show, something will trend or go viral. That’s okay, rest anyway. Because there is nothing more valuable than the time spent refueling. Nothing more valuable than having time to connect with our God. So agree with me in prayer today for the faith to rest. Pray this prayer with me
