Counter Offer
We bring value wherever we go. When a counteroffer is made, we have to consider the motivation or lack thereof.

However well-meaning it may be, the counter offer is disrespectful. When we have worked, been overworked, passed over for promotions and underpaid it speaks volumes about an employer who only wants to pay us enough not to leave. We are valuable, competent, and worthy of the best that God has for us. Let’s agree with God in prayer for prosperity, wealth, and continued career promotion. Pray this prayer with me.
