Prayer for Self-Control at Celebrations
Don’t over do it. I believe we can end this year healthy and strong. We are predictable, but our God can do the unimaginable.
It’s amazing how important eating and drinking can be to celebrations. At weddings it’s the cake, at Thanksgiving it’s the Turkey surrounded by sides and sweets. Every year we make promises that we won’t over indulge only to rush back to the gym in January 10 pounds heavier. I am believing God that this year will be different. We will all make wise decisions and protect our health. Let’s agree in prayer with God for self control during this celebratory time of year. Pray this prayer with me.
